How this mission works
Learn with your instructor, then log controlled practice. Individual strikes, blocks and kicks require 10 on the left and 10 on the right. Confirm each side separately. Forms, sets and full combinations use one complete controlled walkthrough; Korean Jax stays 10 total. Save whenever you need a break. Each milestone earns XP once. For contact, falls, breaking and weapons, practice with qualified supervision. Younger learners need an adult. Reps are self-reported; they are not a technique assessment or rank award.
